RBI Grade B के लिए अनुच्छेद पुनर्व्यवस्था (Para Jumbles) — सम्पूर्ण रणनीति
intermediate 18 min read
अवधारणा
Para Jumbles
यह feeling-based approach नहीं है — यह logic-based है।
Pattern A — General to Specific (सामान्य से विशिष्ट)
पहला वाक्य एक broad claim करता है। बाद के वाक्य उसे support या illustrate करते हैं। अंतिम वाक्य या तो consequence बताता है या broader implication।
Pattern B — Problem-Solution (समस्या-समाधान)
पहले problem establish होती है, फिर उसके कारण, फिर कोई existing solution या gap, अंत में forward-looking statement।
Pattern C — Chronological/Causal (कालक्रम या कारण-प्रभाव)
घटनाओं का एक sequence: पहले X हुआ, इसलिए Y हुआ, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप Z।
Pattern D — Contrast (विरोधाभास)
"पहले ऐसा था, लेकिन अब ऐसा है" — इसमें "however", "but", "yet", "previously...today" जैसे connectors आते हैं।
स्तर 2 — Micro Connectors (छोटे संकेत-शब्द)
यह सबसे reliable तरीका है। इन words को पहचानो:
Opening connectors (पहले वाक्य के संकेत):
- Definite articles के बिना broad statement: "Digital payment systems have..."
- "Traditionally...", "Historically...", "In recent years..."
- कोई pronoun नहीं — "it", "they", "this", "such" पहले वाक्य में नहीं होते
Middle connectors (बीच के वाक्यों के संकेत):
- "This/These/Such" — यह हमेशा पिछले वाक्य की चीज़ को refer करता है
- "Furthermore", "Moreover", "Additionally" — continuation
- "However", "But", "Yet", "Nevertheless" — contrast
- "For instance", "For example" — specific example आ रहा है
- "As a result", "Consequently", "Therefore" — consequence
Closing connectors (अंतिम वाक्य के संकेत):
- "Therefore", "Thus", "Hence" — conclusion
- "Such transformation reflects...", "This indicates..." — broader implication
- "Ultimately", "In conclusion" — closure
स्तर 3 — Semantic Coherence (विषयगत संगति)
RBI Grade B का फ़ायदा उठाओ: तुम banking और economics जानते हो। जब fintech पर paragraph आए, तो logical flow समझ में आएगा:
- Disruption → Bank response → Regulatory framework
- Problem → Cause → Policy response → Outcome
यह तुम्हारा competitive advantage है।
"Anchor Sentence" की पहचान
हर Para Jumble में एक "anchor sentence" होती है जिसे पहचानना सबसे आसान होता है — यह या तो definite opening statement होती है (कोई pronoun नहीं, broad claim) या definite closing statement (conclusion word + broad implication)।
Process:
- सभी options में देखो — किस letter से सबसे ज़्यादा options शुरू होते हैं? वही opening candidate है।
- Opening fix करो।
- Opening के बाद कौन-सा वाक्य naturally आता है — "This/These/Such" वाला वाक्य।
- Chain बनाओ।
- Options से eliminate करो।
Elimination की शक्ति
4 options में से सही answer निकालने की ज़रूरत नहीं — गलत options को eliminate करना काफ़ी है।
अगर तुम्हें पता है कि वाक्य C कभी पहला नहीं हो सकता (क्योंकि उसमें "This shift" है जो किसी पिछले वाक्य को refer कर रहा है), तो C से शुरू होने वाले सभी options eliminate।
शॉर्टकट और युक्तियाँ
जिस वाक्य में "this", "these", "such", "it", "they" जैसे pronouns हों, वह वाक्य कभी पहला नहीं होगा। हमेशा इससे पहले एक वाक्य होगा जिसमें वह noun दिया गया है जिसे यह pronoun refer कर रहा है।
उदाहरण: "This shift has reduced dependency..." — यहाँ "this shift" किसी पिछले वाक्य में बताए गए बदलाव को refer कर रहा है।
Speed gain: सामान्य तरीके से सभी combinations try करने में 90-120 seconds लगते हैं। Pronoun-based elimination से opening candidates 4 से घटकर 1-2 रह जाते हैं — 30-40 seconds।
"Therefore", "Thus", "Hence", "Consequently", "As a result" जैसे words जिस वाक्य में हों, वह वाक्य लगभग हमेशा अंतिम या उससे एक पहले होगा।
इसी तरह "However/But/Yet" — यह contrast introduce करता है, इसलिए इससे पहले positive statement और बाद में उसका counter आना चाहिए।
Step count: बिना इस rule के 5 sentences = 120 possible combinations (5!)। इस rule से अंतिम वाक्य fix होने पर combinations 24 (4!) रह जाते हैं। और options देखते हो तो 2-3 options तुरंत eliminate।
Opening sentence की 3 पहचान:
- कोई pronoun नहीं ("it", "they", "this", "such" नहीं)
- Broad, general claim — किसी specific example का reference नहीं
- अक्सर definite article "the" के बजाय general noun से शुरू: "Digital payment systems...", "Financial inclusion...", "Central bank digital currencies..."
जब opening fix हो जाए, तो 4 options में से तुरंत देखो कि कौन-सा option उस letter से शुरू नहीं होता — वे सभी eliminate।
Speed gain: Opening identify करने में 15 seconds, फिर options में से 2-3 directly eliminate — कुल 25-30 seconds में answer 2 options तक सीमित।
RBI Grade B के Para Jumbles banking/economics topics पर होते हैं। Logical flow याद रखो:
- CBDC paragraph: Definition → Benefits → India's example → Challenges
- Fintech paragraph: Disruption → Specific examples → Bank response → Regulation
- Financial inclusion: Concept → Specific scheme → Limitation → Way forward
- Monetary policy: Old approach → New approach → Outcome → Significance
जब भाषाई connectors कमज़ोर हों, topic की logical structure से answer derive करो।
Standard method: Pure linguistic analysis = 90 seconds। Domain knowledge + linguistic analysis = 45 seconds।
Para Jumbles में अक्सर 2 वाक्य ऐसे होते हैं जो हमेशा साथ आते हैं — एक वाक्य एक claim करता है, अगला वाक्य उसे illustrate/explain करता है।
तरीका: हर वाक्य के साथ पूछो — "यह वाक्य किस वाक्य के immediately बाद naturally आएगा?" जब दो वाक्यों का pair fix हो जाए, options में देखो — किन options में यह pair consecutive है? बाकी eliminate।
उदाहरण: "Jan Dhan Yojana has opened millions of accounts" → "However, mere account opening is insufficient" — यह pair हमेशा B→C के रूप में आएगा।
तेज़-समाधान रूपरेखा
Para Jumble देखते ही यह 4-step process follow करो — 60-75 seconds में answer।
Step 1 — Opening candidates (15 sec): सभी sentences scan करो। जिसमें pronoun (this/these/such/it/they) है, उसे opening से हटाओ। जो broad, general statement है — वही opening candidate।
Step 2 — Closing candidates (10 sec): "Therefore/Thus/Hence/Such X reflects/indicates" वाला वाक्य — वही closing candidate।
Step 3 — Middle chain बनाओ (20 sec): Opening के बाद कौन आएगा — pronoun खोजो जो opening के noun को refer करे। Chain: Opening → "This/These" wala → Example/Explanation → Contrast (However) → Conclusion।
Step 4 — Options से verify और eliminate (15 sec): अपना sequence options से match करो। एक भी position गलत हो तो वह option eliminate। अगर एक से ज़्यादा options match करें, तो weakest link — जो pair bonding तोड़े — उसे eliminate।
Trap alert: अगर दो options बहुत similar लगें, तो middle sentences का order देखो — अक्सर वहीं अंतर होता है।

क्यों यह प्रश्न: Financial inclusion पर यह "concept → example → limitation → way forward" का textbook pattern है। RBI Grade B में Jan Dhan और financial inclusion पर यह pattern अत्यधिक common है।
Arrange the following sentences logically:
A. Financial inclusion initiatives aim to provide access to formal financial services to the unbanked population.
B. The Jan Dhan Yojana has been instrumental in opening millions of bank accounts for previously excluded individuals.
C. However, mere account opening is insufficient; active usage and financial literacy are equally important.
D. Therefore, comprehensive financial inclusion requires sustained efforts beyond just infrastructure development.
- ABCD
- ACDB
- BACD
- ABDC
Solutionसमाधान
The paragraph flows from the general concept of financial inclusion (A), to a specific example (B), then presents a limitation (C), and concludes with the broader requirement (D).
पैराग्राफ वित्तीय समावेशन की सामान्य अवधारणा (A) से शुरू होता है, एक विशिष्ट उदाहरण (B), फिर एक सीमा (C), और व्यापक आवश्यकता के साथ समाप्त होता है (D)।
समाधान का रास्ता:
- Opening: A — "Financial inclusion initiatives aim to provide..." — broad concept, कोई pronoun नहीं। ✓
- A के बाद: B — "Jan Dhan Yojana has been instrumental..." — A की concept का specific example (scheme का नाम)।
- Pair bonding: B → C — "However, mere account opening is insufficient" — B ने account opening का ज़िक्र किया, C उसी पर "However" से contrast लाता है। यह fixed pair है।
- अंत में D: "Therefore, comprehensive financial inclusion requires..." — "Therefore" = conclusion। ✓
- Sequence: ABCD ✓
क्यों यह प्रश्न: Fintech disruption का यह paragraph RBI Grade B के banking knowledge section से directly linked है। ACBD pattern यहाँ भी काम करता है।
Proper sequence for these sentences:
A. Financial technology (fintech) companies are disrupting traditional banking services through innovative solutions.
B. Partnerships between banks and fintech firms have emerged as a strategic response to this disruption.
C. Digital lending, robo-advisory, and blockchain applications are transforming the financial landscape.
D. Regulatory sandboxes allow fintech companies to test innovative products in a controlled environment.
- ACBD
- ABCD
- CABD
- ACDB
Solutionसमाधान
The sequence starts with the general statement about fintech disruption (A), provides specific examples (C), describes the banking response (B), and concludes with regulatory support (D).
अनुक्रम फिनटेक व्यवधान के सामान्य कथन (A) से शुरू होता है, विशिष्ट उदाहरण प्रदान करता है (C), बैंकिंग प्रतिक्रिया का वर्णन करता है (B), और नियामक सहायता के साथ समाप्त होता है (D)।
समाधान का रास्ता:
- Opening: A — "Fintech companies are disrupting traditional banking..." — broad disruption statement।
- A के बाद क्या: C — "Digital lending, robo-advisory, blockchain..." — A का specific elaboration। A→C।
- C के बाद: B — "Partnerships between banks and fintech firms have emerged as a strategic response" — "response to this disruption" → C और A को refer करता है।
- अंत में D: "Regulatory sandboxes allow fintech companies..." — regulation = broader framework = closing sentence।
- Sequence: ACBD ✓
क्यों यह प्रश्न: CBDC (Digital Rupee) RBI Grade B के लिए extremely high-priority topic है। यह paragraph definition → benefits → India's context → challenges के textbook pattern पर है।
Logical arrangement:
A. Central bank digital currencies (CBDCs) represent the digital form of a country's sovereign currency.
B. India is piloting the digital rupee in both wholesale and retail segments to test its feasibility.
C. CBDCs could enhance payment efficiency, reduce transaction costs, and improve financial inclusion.
D. However, implementation challenges include privacy concerns, cybersecurity risks, and technological infrastructure requirements.
- ACBD
- ABCD
- ABDC
- ACDB
Solutionसमाधान
The paragraph flows from the definition of CBDCs (A), explains their benefits (C), provides the Indian example (B), and concludes with the challenges (D).
पैराग्राफ CBDC की परिभाषा (A) से शुरू होता है, उनके लाभों की व्याख्या (C), भारतीय उदाहरण प्रदान करता है (B), और चुनौतियों के साथ समाप्त होता है (D)।
समाधान का रास्ता:
- Opening: A — "CBDCs represent the digital form of a country's sovereign currency" — definition। कोई pronoun नहीं।
- A के बाद: Domain knowledge use करो — पहले definition, फिर benefits या applications logical है।
- C आगे: "CBDCs could enhance payment efficiency..." — benefits। A→C।
- B आगे: "India is piloting the digital rupee..." — भारत का specific example (C के benefits establish होने के बाद India का pilot contextual)। C→B।
- D अंत में: "However, implementation challenges include..." — "However" = contrast, closing challenge statement। B→D।
- Sequence: ACBD ✓
क्यों यह प्रश्न: Mutual funds और investment पर यह "problem → solution → specific option → benefit" pattern है। RPQS में R से शुरुआत होती है — यह "opening = problem statement" का case है।
Arrange the following sentences in the correct sequence to form a coherent paragraph:
P. Investment in mutual funds requires careful analysis of risk and return.
Q. Diversification helps reduce investment risks significantly.
R. Putting all money in one investment option is extremely risky.
S. Professional fund managers handle mutual fund portfolios effectively.
- RQPS
- PRQS
- PQRS
- RPQS
Solutionसमाधान
The sequence begins with the warning against concentration risk (R), explains the solution of diversification (Q), introduces mutual funds as an option requiring analysis (P), and concludes with professional management benefits (S).
अनुक्रम एकाग्रता जोखिम (R) के विरुद्ध चेतावनी से शुरू होता है, विविधीकरण के समाधान (Q) की व्याख्या करता है, विश्लेषण की आवश्यकता वाले विकल्प के रूप में म्यूचुअल फंड (P) का परिचय देता है, और पेशेवर प्रबंधन लाभों (S) के साथ समाप्त होता है।
समाधान का रास्ता:
- Opening candidates test: P में कोई pronoun नहीं — "Investment in mutual funds requires..." — संभव opening। R में भी कोई pronoun नहीं — "Putting all money in one investment option is extremely risky।"
- Options देखो: RPQS और PRQS दोनों viable। R vs P opening — R एक warning से शुरू करता है (problem-first approach), P neutral है।
- R→Q chain: R ने "risky" बताया → Q "diversification helps reduce risks" — directly R को address करता है। R→Q tight pair। ✓
- Q→P: Diversification समझाने के बाद mutual funds as option introduce होता है। Q→P।
- P→S: P ने mutual funds बताया → S "professional fund managers handle mutual fund portfolios" — mutual funds का benefit। P→S।
- Sequence: RPQS ✓
क्यों यह प्रश्न: Monetary policy framework पर यह "evolution" type paragraph है — "पहले ऐसा था, अब ऐसा है" pattern। 5-sentence Para Jumble RBI Grade B में आता है।
Arrange the following sentences to form a coherent paragraph:
(A) The central bank's monetary policy framework has evolved significantly over the past decade.
(B) This shift has enabled more effective inflation targeting and economic stability.
(C) Previously, the focus was primarily on controlling money supply through quantitative measures.
(D) Today, the emphasis is on interest rate transmission mechanisms and forward guidance.
(E) Such transformation reflects the changing dynamics of modern financial systems.
- ADBCE
- AECDB
- ACBDE
- ACDBE
Solutionसमाधान
The paragraph starts with the general statement about evolution (A), then contrasts the past approach (C) with the current approach (D), explains the positive outcome (B), and concludes with the broader significance (E).
पैराग्राफ सामान्य कथन से शुरू होता है (A), फिर पुराने दृष्टिकोण (C) और वर्तमान दृष्टिकोण (D) के बीच तुलना करता है, सकारात्मक परिणाम बताता है (B), और व्यापक महत्व के साथ समाप्त होता है (E)।
समाधान का रास्ता:
- Opening: A — "Central bank's monetary policy framework has evolved significantly..." — broad evolution statement।
- A के बाद: C — "Previously, the focus was primarily on controlling money supply..." — "Previously" = old approach, A के evolution को explain करता है।
- C के बाद: D — "Today, the emphasis is on interest rate transmission..." — "Today" = new approach। C (previously) → D (today) — classic contrast pair।
- D के बाद: B — "This shift has enabled more effective inflation targeting..." — "This shift" = C से D वाला shift। D→B।
- अंत में E: "Such transformation reflects the changing dynamics..." — "Such transformation" = broad conclusion। ✓
- Sequence: ACDBE ✓
आम गलतियाँ
-
"यह सही लग रहा है" approach: Para Jumbles में intuition काम नहीं करती। हर placement का एक concrete linguistic या logical reason होना चाहिए — "because C में 'This shift' है जो B के बाद ही आ सकता है।" बिना reason के placement = wrong answer।
-
Pronoun को ignore करना: "This", "These", "Such", "It" वाले वाक्यों को opening में रखना सबसे common गलती है।
-
"However/But" को opening में रखना: Contrast markers हमेशा बीच में आते हैं। जिस वाक्य में "However", "But", "Yet" हो, उसे पहला रखना गलत है — contrast के लिए पहले एक affirmative statement ज़रूरी है।
-
RBI के context में generic approach: अगर paragraph monetary policy पर है और तुम banking background से हो, तो domain logic use करो। "Regulatory sandbox" हमेशा disruption के बाद response के रूप में आएगा — यह बैंकिंग awareness है, pure grammar नहीं।
