Lysozyme is an antibacterial enzyme found in saliva, tears, mucus and other body secretions. It acts as part of the innate immune defence by hydrolyzing the peptidoglycan layer of bacterial cell walls, thereby destroying many gram-positive bacteria. Ribozymes are catalytic RNA molecules, lipase digests fats, and isomerases catalyze structural rearrangements of molecules — none of these are antibacterial enzymes in tears/saliva.
