Which of the following cities were conferred with the cleanest city award under Swachh Survekshan Awards, 2023?

Under the Swachh Survekshan Awards 2023, announced in January 2024 by President Droupadi Murmu, Indore and Surat were jointly conferred with the cleanest city award. Indore has consistently held the top position since 2017, and in 2023 Surat shared the top spot for the first time. Navi Mumbai secured the third position.
