As of the relevant period, UPI is accepted at merchant outlets in UAE, France, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Mauritius, Nepal, and Bhutan. France, UAE, and Singapore from the given list accept UPI for international merchant payments. Germany and Bangladesh do not currently accept UPI merchant payments. Hence, only three countries from the list qualify.
