Sugamya Bharat Abhiyan (Accessible India Campaign) was launched in 2015 by the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities under the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment. Its goal is to create a universally accessible and inclusive environment for persons with disabilities through accessible built environment, transport and ICT. It does NOT include provisions of pension – pension for PwDs comes under separate schemes such as IGNDPS. Hence only statements 1 and 2 are correct.
