Salal Power Project is situated on which one among the following rivers?

The Salal Hydroelectric Power Project is a run-of-the-river hydroelectric project built on the Chenab River in the Reasi district of Jammu and Kashmir. It was the first hydropower project built by India under the Indus Water Treaty of 1960. Its installed capacity is 690 MW. The Jhelum hosts projects like Uri and Kishanganga; Nubra and Shyok are tributaries of the Indus in Ladakh and do not host the Salal project.
