Let the number of female workers in each company be equal. In company A, male:female = 13:10, so for 10 females there are 13 males, total = 23. In company B, male:female = 7:5, so for 5 females there are 7 males, total = 12. To equalize females, take LCM of 10 and 5 = 10. So A has 13 males, 10 females, total 23. B has 14 males, 10 females, total 24. Hence ratio of total workers in A to B = 23 : 24.
