The Ministry of Education initiated "DHARA" (Dialogues and Highlights of Ancient Indian Knowledge for Awareness), a special initiative dedicated to the Indian Knowledge System (IKS). The IKS Division was established under the Ministry of Education to promote interdisciplinary research on all aspects of IKS, preserve and disseminate IKS for further research, and integrate it into the education system. The initiative aims to bring forth ancient Indian wisdom in fields like mathematics, astronomy, medicine, philosophy, and arts to contemporary discourse.
