Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters. This policy describes how Fitnitro Technology Private Limited (operator of Sarkari Rise) collects and uses your data. Ye policy batati hai ki hum kya data collect karte hain aur kaise use karte hain.

1. What We Collect

• Account data: name, mobile number, email (optional), language preference, target exams
• Usage data: tests attempted, scores, AI doubt questions you ask, time spent
• Payment data: handled entirely by Razorpay. We store only the transaction ID, amount, and subscription status — never your card number or UPI details
• Device data: IP address, browser type, mobile OS, for security and analytics

2. How We Use It

• To provide the service (show you tests, remember your progress, solve your doubts)
• To send exam-related notifications and daily GK (you can opt out)
• To improve the AI (anonymised and aggregated — your individual data is never shared with third parties for their own use)
• To process payments (Razorpay only)

3. Who We Share With

We share data only with service providers that help us run the platform: MongoDB Atlas (database), Razorpay (payments), Anthropic (Claude AI for doubt solving), Twilio (WhatsApp messages), our email provider. Each has their own privacy terms. We never sell your data to advertisers or data brokers.

4. AI Doubt Solver

Questions you ask the AI are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate answers. Do not share sensitive personal information (Aadhaar, financial details, medical info) in AI chat — it is not designed for that.

5. Data Retention

We keep your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete personal data within 30 days, except where we're legally required to keep records (e.g., payment receipts for 7 years under Indian tax law).

6. Your Rights

You can request a copy of your data, correction of errors, or deletion of your account by emailing support@sarkaririse.com. We'll respond within 7 days.

7. Security

Passwords are stored hashed (bcrypt). All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS. Payments are PCI-DSS compliant via Razorpay. We do not store payment card details on our servers.

8. Children

Sarkari Rise is for users 18 and above who are preparing for government exams. If we learn an under-18 has signed up, we'll delete the account.

9. Updates

We'll notify you by email or in-app of any material changes to this policy.
