Refund Windows by Plan Type
Refund windows differ by the length of commitment — shorter SKUs have shorter windows because the trial portion overlaps with the value-delivery portion. All windows assume fewer than 3 tests attempted on the subscription.
- Weekly Pass (₹49 / 7 days): 24 hours from purchase. Since the subscription itself runs only 7 days, a longer window would exceed half the entitlement.
- Monthly Pro (₹299 / 30 days): 7 days from purchase. Full money-back guarantee.
- 6-month Pro (₹799 / 180 days): 7 days from purchase. Full money-back guarantee.
- 6-month Pro Plus (₹2,499 / 180 days): 48 hours from purchase. Premium tier with committed AI evaluation costs requires a tighter window.
- UPSC Mains Sprint (₹2,999 / 60 days): 48 hours from purchase. AI evaluation costs are committed early in the cycle.
We'll process approved refunds within 5-7 business days through the original payment method.
After the Refund Window
Subscriptions are non-refundable after their plan-specific window. If you want to cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until your expiry date, but no refund for unused time.
Exceptional Cases
We will consider refunds outside the standard window if:
- The service was down for more than 48 hours continuously
- You were double-charged due to a payment gateway error (we auto-refund these within 3 days)
- You paid by mistake and contact us within 24 hours
How to Request a Refund
Email support@sarkaririse.com from your registered email with:
- Your registered mobile number
- Razorpay transaction ID (or approximate date/time of payment)
- Reason (this helps us improve, but it's not required)
We'll confirm within 24 hours and process the refund within 5-7 business days. Refunded amounts take 3-7 additional days to reflect in your bank or UPI account, depending on your bank.
No Refund If
- Account suspended for abuse or terms violation
- Request made more than the plan-specific window after purchase (except exceptional cases above)
- More than 3 tests attempted on the subscription
