Terms of Service

Last updated: April 21, 2026

Sarkari Rise ("we", "us", "the platform") is an online exam preparation service operated by Fitnitro Technology Private Limited, a company registered in India and based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. By using Sarkari Rise, you agree to these terms.

1. Service

We provide AI-powered practice tests, doubt solving, and current affairs content for Indian government competitive exams including SSC CGL, SSC CHSL, IBPS PO, and IBPS Clerk. Content is generated using AI and verified against standard exam patterns, but we do not guarantee exam success or that every question exactly matches future exam papers.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid Indian mobile number to register. One account per person. Don't share your account with others — if we detect multiple users on one account, we can suspend it without refund. You're responsible for keeping your password safe.

3. Subscription and Payment

Paid plans (Weekly Pass ₹49, Monthly ₹299, 6-month Pro ₹799, 6-month Pro Plus ₹2,499) are processed through Razorpay. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment. Subscriptions do not auto-renew — you must manually renew. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not: copy, resell, or redistribute our content; use automated tools to scrape the service; attempt to bypass payment or access controls; use the AI doubt solver for non-exam purposes (abuse may result in rate limiting or suspension).

5. Content Accuracy

We work hard to provide accurate questions and explanations, but errors can occur. If you spot an error, please contact us and we'll fix it. We are not liable for exam outcomes or decisions you make based on our content.

6. Termination

We can suspend accounts that violate these terms. If your account is terminated for abuse, no refund is due. If we shut down the service entirely, remaining paid subscribers will receive a pro-rated refund.

7. Changes

We may update these terms with 7 days notice via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

8. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
